OUR PROGRAMS
Our Lambs through Busy Bees programs are based on Learning through Play and the Creative Curriculum. Creative Curriculum is designed around the theories and philosophy of Jean Piaget and Erik Erikson.
Lambs Room (6 weeks to 7 months)

Our Lambs are surrounded by love and attention in a nurturing environment. Each teacher participates in ongoing classes in child development as well as CPR and first aid throughout the year. Our Lambs are on their own schedule allowing for individual growth and development. Our teachers not only have wonderful interaction with their Lambs, but they also have a good rapport with their parents.
Tigers Room (12 months to 17 months)

Our Tigers are independent, strong-willed balls of energy and our teachers
encourage this stage of their development. It is at this time of their life that is critical for language and motor skill development. Our Tiger teachers nurture this stage of life with games, morning meetings, art activities, stories, music, dance and a lot of play time both indoor and outdoor. As with all our classes there is a strong emphasis on learning through play. Our teachers make sure that all little Tigers get a lot of love, attention and interaction to make them feel secure while they are away from family. The Tiger teachers are also involved in ongoing educational classes throughout the year so that they may take advantage of all the new information and techniques offered to them.
Sharks Room ( 2 yrs to 3 yrs)

The Sharks Class builds a strong foundation of independence through potty training, language development and further concentration on academic concepts. As in our other rooms our children learn letter recognition, number recognition, shapes, colors and sounds through play. Music, art, dance, literature, free play and outdoor time add to your child’s learning experience. An ongoing continuing educational program for our teachers assures our parents that their children are receiving the best experience possible. A bunch of love, patience, understanding and support combine to make the Sharks Room a very special place.
After School Program ( 6yrs to 10yrs)

Our After School Program provides transportation from area schools, snacks, and help with homework. Time to play, relax, be with friends and just unwind is also provided. Field trips and fun activities fill the days during school holidays.

Parks, water slides, swim lessons, skating, bowling, movies and many more fun filled activities pervade over the summer holidays. We also offer one day a week of down time to relax and just enjoy the day.
Owls Room (7 months to 14 months)
​
Our Owls are exploring their world in a safe and fun environment. The Owls teachers are always on the floor interacting, loving and encouraging their creepers to foster their growing independence as they go from crawling to walking. Our teachers in the Owls Room provide a loving, familiar atmosphere to make our Owls feel secure. As with all our staff the teachers have ongoing educational classes throughout the year.
Our Owls teachers are the best and are always interested not only in your
child but in your concerns as well.

Turtles Room (17 months to 2 years)
​
Our Turtles class is a transitional room between being a toddler and being a big two-year-old. Our teachers demonstrate a lot of love, patience and understanding during this time of your child’s life. Song, dance, games, art, morning meetings, free play and stories are a big part of a Turtles Day. Outside play to nurture large motor skills is also a very important part of the day. Our Turtles teachers also attend on going educational classes to enhance their environment so your child may have every advantage.
Busy Bees Room ( 3yrs to 4 yrs)

In our Busy Bee Room Learning through Play and Creative Curriculum provide a learning environment that is not only rich in academics but also fosters independence and social growth. Music, dance, art, free play, field trips and an environment rich in literature are a few activities that round out the Busy Bee Room. Our teachers take part in the ongoing educational classes offered to them to ensure that they are building on the knowledge and experience that they already retain. A loving supportive atmosphere guarantee your child will feel right at home with the Busy Bee’s.
